1. Nature of Service and Disclaimer of Affiliation

Core DKP is a third-party software tool created to help players manage guilds, CPs, and item distribution (DKP).

We have no affiliation, sponsorship, or official endorsement from NCSoft, Lineage 2, Discord, or any other game developer or publisher. All intellectual property rights of the games belong to their respective owners.

2. Rules of Use and Conduct

By using Core DKP, you agree to:

• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate the rules of the games you play.
• Not send malicious files, viruses, or inappropriate content through our screenshot upload system. Image submissions must be strictly limited to proof of in-game status.
• Keep your account secure and not share your access credentials.

Core DKP reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts that abuse the system, attempt to fraud virtual auctions, or violate these rules, without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions, Payments and Cancellations (Pro Plans)

Core DKP offers free and paid (Pro) plans managed securely through the Stripe platform.

• Billing: Subscriptions are charged in advance monthly or annually, depending on your choice at checkout.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings panel. Cancellation stops automatic renewal.
• Post-cancellation access: Upon cancellation, your guild will continue to have access to Pro plan benefits until the end of the current billing cycle already paid.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, we do not offer proportional refunds for partially used months after the charge has been processed, except when required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability

Core DKP is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for internal guild disputes, in-game item loss, or misunderstandings between players arising from the use of our platform.
