To provide Core DKP, we collect the following information:

  • Authentication Data (Discord): When you sign in via Discord, we receive your email address, username, avatar, and your unique numeric Discord ID.
  • Usage and Guild Data: Information about your participation in guilds/clans, your role, Constant Parties (CPs), and DKP transaction history.
  • Media Files: In-game screenshots you voluntarily submit to verify Level, Combat Power (CP), or Raid attendance.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information exclusively for the operation of the Service:

  • Identification and Sync: Discord authentication is used strictly to identify your account, enable secure access, and automatically sync your roles between your guild's Discord server and our panel.
  • Application Management: To process your status updates, manage auctions, and display approvals in the Guild/Party Leader panel.
  • Communication: To send transactional emails (such as verification links or password reset notices).

3. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. Your data is processed only by our infrastructure and by strictly controlled essential third-party services (such as Stripe for payments and cloud providers for image storage).

4. Your Rights (LGPD and GDPR)

You have full control over your data. At any time, you have the right to:

  • Access and Correct: View and update your information through your profile panel.
  • Delete (Right to be Forgotten): You may request permanent and complete deletion of your account and all associated data (including uploaded images) by sending an email to support@core-dkp.com. Deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days.
